- Digital Products (Music Notation / eBook)
- All digital product purchases are non-refundable once the download/access link has been provided.
- If you face any technical issues accessing your purchased product, please contact us and we will assist you.
- Physical Products (Book)
- If you receive a damaged or defective book, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [s.ghoshal70@gmail.com].
- We may request a photo of the damaged/defective product for verification.
- Replacement will be provided for eligible cases. Refunds may be offered at our discretion if replacement is not possible.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
- Orders for physical books can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds (for physical products only) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
